Eikaiwa TREE Reading Contest Champions` Cup

There are only two weeks left in Eikaiwa TREE`s second annual reading contest. I hope you all are practicing hard! This year, the theme is "poetry". Unlike reading a normal English passage, to read poetry well, timing and rhythm are important. While this is challenging, our students are trying their best. Win or lose, all students will have gained unique knowledge about English that will benefit them even after the contest is over.

Winners will receive a trophy to take home and have their name immortalized on the Eikaiwa TREE Reading Contest Champions` Cup. The cup sits in the lobby for all to see throughout the year, but has become the focus of attention once again. Now that the end of the contest draws near, students look with fresh eyes at the Champions` Cup. The names of last year`s winners, written in each winner`s hand, reflects their age at the time they won- the youngest winner was only 4 years old. Still, a 4 year old can become a champion in English and so can you. Draw inspiration from the dedication of last year`s winners and try hard in these last two weeks! Good luck.
